Tia's owner passed away about a month ago, and his dog was left behind. The owner adopted Tia when she was around 2, from a vet clinic in Mississippi.. The vet clinic said she was kept outdoors in a cage since a puppy, so she is terrified of storms and men. If you move suddenly or raise your hands up high she thinks she’s going to be hit and will run. She just needs a home that can show her what real love means again. To up and lose your owner must be so confusing. Loves dogs and has no interest in cats. Small children scare her, runs away from them.
