Find Your Match:
Visit our Available Dogs page and select a dog (or a few!) you’re interested in.
Complete the Application:
Fill out our adoption form below with accurate and honest details. This helps us ensure the best match for both you and the dog.
Home Check & Interview:
A TAGG team member will contact you for a virtual or in-person home visit and follow-up interview.
Meet & Greet:
We’ll arrange a time for you to meet your chosen dog(s) and ensure a great fit.
Final Approval & Adoption Fee:
Once approved, you’ll sign the adoption agreement, submit the adoption fee, and welcome your new family member home!
